About the House

You will love the Clarkson House, a 2800 square foot home that easily accommodates up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedroom doors also feature individual code locks for added privacy/security during overnight stays.


Our place offers a spacious kitchen, large dining area for 8, and 3 separate living areas for guests to gather. We also have a cute little patio out back.


We are just up the hill from the historic downtown community, the Honeywell Center, and the Eagles Theatre.

Daytime Rental

The Clarkson House is available for open houses, family reunions, birthday or anniversary parties, and other daytime or evening events. Rates are available for 4, 6, or 8 hour time blocks.

Limited Honeywell catering is available, or you can bring in your own food. Contact us for catering information.

  • $100 up to 4 hours plus a $75 damage deposit and $25 cleaning fee, taxes not included*

  • $150 up to 6 hours plus a $75 damage deposit, and $25 cleaning fee, taxes not included*

  • $200 up to 8 hours plus a $75 damage deposit, and $25 cleaning fee, taxes not included*

TAXES AND FEES

  • 7% Indiana sales tax for all bookings

  • Overnight only - 5% innkeeper’s tax (overnight only) 

  • Overnight only - 50% due at booking, balance due 48hrs before arrival (overnight) 

  • Daytime only - full rental, damage deposit, and cleaning fee due at booking
